One of WITT program’s goals is to participant in practices that advocate diversity and inclusion. WITT strives to establish IT business leader’s community of practice for diversity and inclusion in recruiting, development and performance management in remote work scenarios. Therefore, our next event in the series is a discussion session with employers in the IT industry where they are going to share their insights on three topics:

• Onboarding: Establishing teams, work practices & culture
