Your Network Starts Here

We’d like to be the first to welcome you to your new start. The Cultural Understanding and Empowering Women in IT (cueWIT) program is designed to propel your career path as you re-enter the workforce, in a Canadian setting.

We understand that transitioning back into the workforce isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon. Our program provides internationally trained IT professionals with a range of resources to support you every step of the way.

Your global skills, paired with our training in civic and cultural engagement, will give you a powerful perspective to become an asset in the Canadian workforce and re-ignite your career.

What You Can Expect

Over a period of three months, you will experience top-tier mentorship, coaching, and training in civic participation and cultural engagement as they relate to the Canadian workplace. The cueWIT program will guide you in discovering opportunities to re-enter the workforce with confidence.

You will benefit from:
